The program is a government initiative funded by the Ministry of the Economy, which covers 70% of eligible costs for projects ranging from €3,000 to €25,000, excluding VAT.

No. All administrative procedures must be handled through the House of Entrepreneurship or the Chamber of Trades, which are the only official points of contact. Linc then acts as a service provider to carry out your project.

Approval of the application is the sole responsibility of the Ministry of Economy, following a preliminary review by the relevant government agencies. LINC cannot guarantee that the grant will be awarded.

Yes. Since 2025, companies have been free to choose their service provider, provided that the provider can demonstrate that its company has been registered in the Luxembourg Commercial Register for at least one year—which is the case for LINC.

The project is completed first, and then you pay the service provider’s invoice. The subsidy covering 70% of eligible costs is paid by the Ministry of the Economy after the package has been implemented and evaluated.

The program funds the service, not everything. In particular, the following are not covered under the Digital component: social media management and community management (account management, social content creation), the development of a digital strategy alone, and the production of printed materials. Hardware is also excluded, except in the specific case of a point-of-sale system. Finally, advertising expenses (Google Ads invoices) remain eligible but are capped at 15% of the quote, with services accounting for at least 85%.
